What's the proper way of setting up a bulk run for a workflow?

It's possible to send out a workflow to a number of people at the same time to sign (a "bulk run"). This does come with some precautions however. When making the workflow, keep this in mind:

1. The first task of the workflow should be a Web Form that defines some fields. This task will not actually be seen by the signers when the workflow runs. Here, you'll notice the creation of the field "Contact_Email".

2. Next, note that we make an e-mail task that sends to "Contact_Email". Then, we've created Web Form task that simply offers the user the option to upload. (**NOTE: There are some fields that cannot be used when performing a bulk run. And also, the file upload field cannot be added to the first Web Form of the workflow).

3. After setting up all of our tasks, we can now create our CSV file for use when performing the bulk run. Below is an example of how one can look. Notice that I have a column for the "Company_Email" defined. Docubee will see this, and take the values stored in the rows below it.

4. Finally, go to the Workflows section in Docubee, find the desired workflow, and click on its Run button. When the "Run or Share Workflow" dialog displays, go to the Bulk Run section. Here, you can select the CVS file that you've created. Click "Continue" to have the workflows sent to the signers.
