How to change the email address associated with my organization?
There are two methods to do this:
- Transfer ownership of the organization.
- Add the new email address a member, then remove the old email address as a member.
Transfer ownership of the organization:
You can follow our documentation here that provides step-by-step instructions on how to transfer the ownership of your organization. You will need to create a new account using the new email address and transfer ownership to that account.
Add the new email address a member, then remove the old email address as a member.
This option is good if you do not want to transfer organization ownership.
