How to Resend a Docubee Workflow Without Consuming a Transaction

In Docubee, I would like to send a workflow to my end-users that haven't received the notification without consuming a Transaction my account. 

There are two ways to resend a workflow. 

First Method

Generate Task Link From Workflow Instances List - This method will not consume a transaction

1. Navigate to the Workflows dashboard.
2. Clicking on the workflow you want to resend. This will take you to the Instances List page. 
3. Select In Progress tab and you will see a list of Workflow Instances. Locate the Instance in question and select it.
4. On the right-hand side, a new panel should open.
5. Within this panel, you should see Admin Actions select this Dropdown Menu and then select Generate Task Link
6. You can send this URL to the customer and it will bring them back to the already in-progress instance.

Second Method

Generating New Workflow Link - This method will consume a transaction

The other way, which will consume a Transaction (which they most likely don't want):

1. Navigate to the Workflows tab and find the Workflow.

2, Click on the Run or Share button. 

3. A popup will appear and click on the Share tab, you will be able to share the URL or QR code to the Workflow.

3. Sending that link will direct your end-user to the workflow. However, this will count as a transaction on your account.
