How do I Export Data (such as email addresses) From Docubee Workflows into CSV format?

I'd like to export data, such as workflow originator emails, from all the instances in my workflow. How do I do this?

Additionally, is there a way to export data from all instances across all workflows in my account?

To export data from all instances of a single workflow, the steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to your Instance List for the workflow

2. Click the checkbox next to "Instance Title" to select all instances.

3. Click on the menu button shown in this screenshot and click "Export Selected Instances"

   

4. This will give you a CSV document with the workflow properties in the header (see example screenshot below)

   

Note: You would need to manually do this for each workflow if you wanted the data across all workflows in the account.

However, we're aware of this limitation and there is an existing feature request to add bulk export across all workflows.
