An OnTask customer is asking to change the email associated with their account. How do?

How would you advise a customer to change the email address associated with their org?


There are two options: (1) Transfer Ownership of the org (2) Add the new email address a member, then remove the old email address as a member.

  1. You can give the customer this doc that provides step-by-step instructions on how to transfer the ownership of the org. They can create a new account using the new email address and transfer ownership to that account.

  2. Add the new email address as a member then remove the old email as a member, if you do not want to transfer organization ownership.
