Import Docusign Templates into Docubee

To import your Docusign templates into Docubee:
  1. Sign in to your Docusign account.
  2. Download your templates from Docusign. Note: The export is a ZIP file containing JSON files. Each template is represented by a JSON file containing the template definition. You can also export in bulk and extract the files one at a time.
  3. Extract the ZIP file from your Downloads folder.
  4. Navigate to your Docubee Library.
  5. Click the New button at the upper-right corner to open the context menu.
    1. Select Add Document to Library to open the Add a Document modal.
    2. Drag and drop the JSON file into your Docubee Library.
    3. Click Complete Upload. Docubee uses the template and field definitions in the JSON to create the document and positions its fields in your Docubee Library.
  6. Click More Actions to open the document’s More Actions menu.
    1. Select Manage Roles & Fields (under Document Action) to review and revise the document and fields that were configured in Docusign to suit your specifications in Docubee.
  7. Use the document in Quick Signs and Workflows.
