Can I as an end-user download a document I signed or viewed?
Yes, you can download a document if you are sent an email with a document download link or if you are granted the ability to download the document while completing the workflow (such as when completing a View Document task).
Document download links expire after 14 days. If the you do not download the document within this timeframe, you can create an Docubee account using the email address assigned to that task. Then, in your dashboard, you can go to the Participants Workflows, then to "Completed" workflow instances. There, you can click on the particular instance, then on the "Files" icon on the right side panel to view or download the workflow instance documents.
