If you're not receiving expected emails sent through Docubee, below are some common causes and steps you can take to resolve them.
1. Spam or Junk Folder
Emails from Docubee could be getting flagged as spam by your email provider.
Solution: Please check your spam or junk folder and remember to mark the email as "Not Spam" if you find it in there.
2. Blocked by IT Policies
Our emails are delivered through Amazon SES but the sender appears under Docubee. Strict email/firewall rules might block emails from Docubee.
Solution: Ask your IT team to whitelist or allow emails from our domain.
3. Automatic Responses Causing Bounces
Automatic responses such as out-of-office replies can cause the email to bounce.
Solution: Temporarily disable auto responses and resend to check. This error ill be reflected in the Docubee logs as a Bounce
event with a Transient
bounceType.
