February 2021 Product Release Notes

Modified on Thu, Jun 13 at 2:09 PM

We’ve been busy this month, improving accessibility and making Docubee even more user friendly. Here are some of the new features our team has been hard at work on during the month of February:

Improved Login Experience for Members Invited to Join Organizations Previously, users invited to join Docubee through their workplace were accidentally creating their own organizations when creating their account. We’ve updated the login experience. Now, users creating an account through an invitation will automatically be added to the company’s organization.

Ability to Send Secure Emails via Internal Email Server Outbound requests from Docubee now originate from static IP addresses, so that IT teams using Docubee have the ability to configure their firewalls to properly whitelist Docubee traffic. In short, all outgoing Docubee emails can now be configured to come from a company’s internal email server.

New “Buy Now” Page for Easier Purchase of Docubee Plans Once inside the platform, you can choose a Docubee plan or upgrade with ease using our new interface.

And, Coming Soon... We’re excited to share that our internal template library is rolling out soon! This product update will allow users to work off of pre-built templates designed by the Docubee team. All templates are completely customizable to fit your needs, making it easy to get started. Keep your eyes peeled for this big update!

Customer Issues Resolved:

  • Updated user-experience for iOS mobile users, eliminating need to double click buttons
  • Removed login and signup buttons from participant pages, keeping Docubee end users focused on finishing their workflow tasks
